Learn to Kitesurf - Noosa - Coolum - Sunshine Coast
We offer a variety of opportunities to learn to kitesurf or to fine tune your existing skills. A lesson with a qualified instructor is invaluable and will get you on the water faster and safer than any other method. All of our instructors are experienced, trained and certified IKO (International Kiteboarding Organisation) instructors. Our school is accredited as an IKO training Centre and operates under the strictest safety guidelines to ensure your safety at all times. Being safe doesn’t mean you wont have fun! We specialise in fully customised private One on One lessons utilising Headzone coaching helmets to ensure timely instruction and maximum kite flying time during lessons. This method of coaching has been proven effective for developing independent kiting skills. Due to the intensity of this program, many students are up and going confidently within 6 - 8 hours. The progression skills developed through this method ensure students are fully competent to continue their kiting safely and effectively outside the training environment.
We also provide power kiting parties for adults and young people. These are a great introduction to the sport of kitesurfing and plenty of fun for everyone involved.
Plenty of flat water and space
Lessons start from $50.00 for power kiting and $150.00 for kitesurfing. If you are keen to get into the Extreme Sport of Kitesurfing, then ask about our special package deals which include kite, harness, board and Starter Lesson.
Power Kiting Party - $50 2 hrs - Group session, minimum numbers apply.
Starter Lesson - $150 2 hrs - Group Lesson maximum of three people. Introduction to safe kitesurfing for couples, families or mates.

6 hrs - All of the starter lesson plus
Private One on One lessons for all skill levels - $250.00 for 2.5hrs
These lessons include headzone coaching helmets which ensure the instructor can give you immediate feedback and correction throughout the training session. This lesson is by far the best option if you wish to progress quickly in the sport of kitesurfing. If you are having difficulty going up wind, doing your transitions turns, jumping and landing, kiting in light wind, then a private lesson can help you quickly progress to the next level.

Lesson plans will be adjusted accordingly based on student experience providing the student informs Adventure Sports Kitesurf Australia of such experience at the time of booking. Adventure Sports Kitesurf Australia and our instructors can not guarantee that all students will complete the full lesson plan in the allotted time slot. Lesson progress can vary due to weather conditions, student capabilities, etc. Safety is our foremost concern and students will be moved along as they grasp skills and procedures of each level of accreditation. Students are issued with the kiteboarder card after each lesson which is an internationally accepted accrediation system allowing them to continue their training with another IKO centre anywhere in the world.
